How long does it take for my video to be completed?
In this geographic area, 6 to 12 months is a normal turn-around time. Moonstruck Video's company policy is to complete a project within 3 months or less. This isn't a guaranteed time frame, it's simply a target we aim for...and usually hit!
Do you have travel fees?
Most of the time we don't have travel fees. This is because the majority of our work is done within an hour's drive from our office. However, there may be travel fees when the event is more than an hour away. If it's far enough away, there may also be a lodging fee. Please contact us to be sure about your location.
How much do you require for a deposit?
We don't require a deposit. We DO however require a retainer in the amount of 50% of the invoice total. This means that you've purchased our day and we'll likely be turning down other jobs because we're yours for the day! The balance is due on or before the day of your event. (Details are on our agreement.)
